James Denzer, Managing Attorney for The Schwan Food Company, will be the guest speaker at the Southwest Human Resources Association meeting on Thursday, October 9, 2008 at the Marshall Golf Course in Marshall, MN.

James Denzer is currently employed as Managing Attorney for The Schwan Food Company, a position he has held since September of 2001. Mr. Denzer’s area of practice is labor and employment law. Previously, Mr. Denzer was employed for 11 years as Labor and Employment Counsel for Northwest Airlines. Mr. Denzer worked in the Enforcement Division of the Minnesota Department of Human Rights after graduating from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1987. Mr. Denzer is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Minnesota.

Mr. Denzer’s presentation will focus on new employment laws, employment law updates, and other employment topics and questions.
